Principal 35 years at Gordonsville (1956-58), Central in Fayetteville (1958-63) and Gallatin (1963-91) high schools...under his leadership, Gallatin HS won 5 TSSAA State Championships in various sports...President of several Education Associations throughout the state...received a TSSAA Distinguished Service Award...during his tenure, Gallatin HS was recognized as one of the top 5 high schools in the state
