Coach Montgomery is a 1990 graduate of GHS and brings a wide range of experience to the Lady Wave program. He was a three-year starter for the Green Wave basketball program for Hall of Fame Coach Jerry Vradenburg and former GHS Coach Dwight Waller. He continued his college career as a four-year starter for Hall of Fame Coach Don Myer at Lipscomb University, participating in four national tournaments. Coach Montgomery continued his playing career overseas for four years playing professionally in Iceland and Poland.
Upon retiring from playing professionally, Coach Montgomery began his coaching career. He has served as :
· Head Freshmen boys’ basketball coach at Blackman High School (2000-01)
· Assistant mens’ coach at Lindsey Wilson College (2001-02)
· Assistant mens’ coach at Trevecca University (2002-04)
· Assistant mens’ coach at Cumberland University (2004-05)
· Head mens’ coach at Columbia State community college (2005-09)
· Head boys’ basketball coach at Warren County (TN) High School (2009-13)
· Head girls’ basketball coach at Warren County (TN) Middle School (2014-15)

Coach Jerry Landers is entering his third year at Gallatin High School as the girls’ volleyball head coach and assistant coach with the Varsity girls’ basketball team.
Coach Landers graduated from Pensacola Christian College in Pensacola, Florida, where he was a four-year letterman and three-year starter on the men’s’ basketball team. He also earned a Master of Arts in Education from Union University.
Coach Landers has coached high school volleyball and both girls’ and boys’ basketball for the past twenty-six years. He and wife Nancy (28 years) have four children and one grandson.
